CHEMICAL COMPATIBILITY

Original SK4 solvent-based inks are designed for printing on Infiniti / Challenger / Icontec / Crystalljet / Phaeton wide-format printers equipped with Seiko SPT 35–50 pL printheads.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Designed for wide-format printers using Seiko SPT, Xaar, and Konica-Minolta printheads with droplet sizes from 35 to 80 pL.
• Rich, vivid, and vibrant colors. Raw materials imported from Ciba and Clariant provide lightfastness rated at levels 7–8. The pigment is nano-milled and double-filtered to less than 0.45 μm, ensuring outdoor durability for more than one year.
• Fast drying speed on media surfaces is achieved through an optimized balance between fine pigment penetration into the substrate and solvent evaporation rate.
• Excellent inkjet printing performance and stable printhead operation. The ink viscosity is optimized for Seiko SPT printheads, ensuring stable ink delivery, consistent printhead replenishment, and precise droplet firing even at the highest print speeds.
• High abrasion resistance / excellent adhesion / chemical resistance on a wide variety of coated and uncoated media.
• UN0000 classification for convenient transportation and storage.
• Low odor formulation.
• Cyclohexanone-free.
• Non-flammable.
