Professional Solvent Inks for Industrial Wide-Format Printing

Streamline® DUO is a high-performance solvent ink series from Sun Chemical developed for industrial wide-format printers equipped with high-speed piezoelectric printheads.

The series provides:

• stable jetting at high print speeds;
• minimized ink misting;
• sharp image edges and high detail quality;
• reduced printhead wear;
• increased printing productivity;
• outdoor durability up to 3 years.

Streamline® DUO inks are optimized for industrial production of outdoor advertising, banners, billboard graphics, POS materials, and high-volume wide-format printing applications.

OUTDOOR WEATHER RESISTANCE

To achieve high weather resistance and stable color reproduction, Streamline® DUO inks use premium-quality pigments and a specially optimized solvent formulation.

The inks provide excellent lightfastness and long-lasting outdoor durability.

Outdoor print durability can reach up to 3 years depending on the substrate, climate conditions, and application environment.

ABRASION AND CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

Streamline® DUO inks provide high mechanical durability and excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials.

The ink formulation ensures:

• high abrasion resistance;
• sharp image edges;
• minimized ink misting;
• stable print quality at high speeds.

For maximum durability in demanding applications, lamination or protective coating is recommended.

MEDIA COMPATIBILITY

Streamline® DUO inks are suitable for printing on:

Drying speed depends on:

• temperature and humidity;

STORAGE AND SAFETY CONDITIONS

For maximum ink stability, storage is recommended:

• at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C;
• in dry indoor conditions;
• away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life is at least 12 months from the production date.

Recommended operating temperature

+18°C … +25°C.
