CHEMICAL COMPATIBILITY

The eco-solvent inks SunChemical Streamline Ultima HPQ LO (high print quality, low odor) are specially designed for use in the following printers:
Mimaki JV33, CJV30, JV5, JV150, JV300, as well as Epson Stylus Pro GS6000.

SunChemical guarantees full chemical compatibility of Streamline Ultima HPQ LO inks with the original eco-solvent inks Mimaki SS21 and Epson UltraChrome GS.

In terms of print quality, color accuracy, and color gamut, SunChemical Streamline Ultima HPQ LO fully matches the performance of the original inks, ensuring stable ink delivery, high color density, and long printhead life.

Using Streamline Ultima HPQ LO allows for a safe and seamless transition from OEM inks without flushing the ink system, while maintaining existing color profiles, calibration accuracy, and overall printer performance.

The eco-solvent inks SunChemical Streamline Ultima HPQ LO are designed to be fully compatible with the original Mimaki SS21 inks.

Fast Drying

The inks provide rapid fixation on the media surface thanks to an optimized balance between the penetration of fine pigment particles into the substrate and the solvent evaporation rate.
This guarantees clean, non-smearing prints with no tackiness, even at high-speed printing modes.

Printhead Stability

The ink formulation features a precisely engineered viscosity, specially optimized for Mimaki printers, ensuring:

• stable and consistent ink flow through the ink delivery system,

ПОГОДОСТІЙНІСТЬ ПРИ ЗОВНІШНЬОМУ ЗАСТОСУВАННІ.

Для досягнення високої погодостійкості при найкращому кольоровому охопленні та розширеному спектрі відтінків, що відтворюються, були обрані пігменти найвищої якості. Прискорені погодні випробування були проведені з використанням у ксенонового погодоміра відповідно до стандарту SAEJ1960. Досягнуті за цих умов результати випробувань світлостійкості чорнила серії SunChemical ULH в кліматичній зоні 1 (клімат типу Великобританії) на відкритому повітрі відповідають: - для незахищеного покриттям або ламінацією відбитка світлостійкість складе близько 36 місяців.

СТІЙКІСТЬ ДО ВПЛИВУ ХІМІКАТІВ І СТИРАННЯ.

Чорнила SunChemical ULH мають хорошу спирто/бензостійкість і найкращу стійкість до стирання. Однак, для досягнення оптимальної стійкості рекомендовано нанесення покриття захисним лаком PY383 серії Polyplast PY, або ламінація відбитка.

ВИСИХАННЯ

Формула чорнил SunChemical ULН має чудові параметрами висихання на підкладках з покриттям і без покриття, які зазвичай використовуються на друкованому ринку рекламних носіїв. Фактична швидкість висихання залежатиме від низки факторів. Вони включають, товщину чорнильного шару, типу матеріалу і швидкості друку.

ГАРАНТІЯ НА ДРУКУЮЧІ ГОЛОВИ

Виробник гарантує, що чорнило серії Sunchemical ULН повністю сумісне з системою чорнильного тракту принтерів, що використовують п'єзоелектричні друкарські головки Epson DX i TFP при умові зберігання і використання суворо за інструкцією, і не вплине на стан друкуючих головок. Якщо по пред'явленню письмово обґрунтованої рекламації буде доведено, що чорнило стало причиною виходу з ладу головок, виробник замінить їх без оплати. Заміна проводиться тільки на підставі аналізу друкуючих голів у технічній лабораторії, щоб підтвердити можливу причину поломки.

УМОВИ ЗБЕРІГАННЯ

- Щоб максимально збільшити період зберігання, чорнило потрібно зберігати в закритих приміщеннях без сонячних променів, при температурі від +5С до +30С і вологості повітря 40-80%, без конденсату. При дотриманні умов зберігання термін зберігання фарб дорівнює 18 місяців з дня виробництва..

- Рекомендована температура при використанні від +18 °C до +25 °C.
- Після відкриття використати протягом 45 днів.
- Берегти від дітей. Не вживати в їжу, при контакті подразнює очі та шкіру.  

- При попаданні на шкіру змити водою з милом.
